Cradle of Liberty Merit Badge Opportunities

Click on a tab below to see what Merit Badge (MB) opportunities await your Scouts BSA or Venturing members.  From our Council sponsored College, to district level Colleges or expos there is sure to be an opportunity that works for you.

2020 Resources and Information:

When:

  • Registration Date:   Opens on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at 9:00 am.
    • Note – this is an individual sign up/registration.  Do not attempt to sign up your whole unit, you will lose spots during process if you attempt multiple sign ups. Only a max of 4 Scouts will be able to be registered at a time.
  • Class Dates:  Saturday, February 29th, and May 9, 2020.  8:00 am-4:00 pm

Where:

  • Interboro High School 500 16th Street, Prospect Park, Pa 19076

Cost: 

  • $21.00 per Cradle of Liberty Scouts BSA member
  • 31.00 per Out of Council Scouts BSA member
  • Cost includes:
    • Registration for both days
    • Blue Cards
    • Patch

Cost does not include lunch.  Please bring a no refrigeration needed lunch on the class days.

**Limited to the the first 750 Scouts that register online. 

Space will fill quickly on registration day.**

No pre-registration or cost involved

Must bring your partial Blue Card(s) and documentation of the now completed requirements.

Merit Badge Counselors will be available to review the completed requirements.

We are looking at adding merit badges virtual.

Join us in the great outdoors to earn some merit badges.  September 26, 2020 from 8:00-4:30 at Camp Hart at Musser Scout Reservation.

Scouts BSA members can earn up to 2 merit badges (if they complete pre-requisites prior to the event).

Limited to the first 200 Scouts. 

No lunch provided please bring your own.

2019 Continental District Technical Merit Badge College

When:  October 19th, 2019

  • 7:15 am — Registration begins.
  • 8:00 – 10:00 am — Morning 1 MB Session
  • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm — Morning 2 MB session
